Contents of Episode 1
When Qui-Gon Jin lands on the planet of tatooine, the ship that they were on was attacked and damged during the escape from naboo. They had to find parts to fix it. Only one shop had them, but they didn't have money. So the merchant made a bet with Qui. If they won, they will get the parts, but if they lost, the ship was his(merchant). Anakin met for the first time Qui and the Princess. Anakin entered the race and for 3 rounds raced around in a circle. Guest appearences were made by the Sand-People, and Jawas. it was totally awesome, fast and furious. Don't miss it. who won? see it.

Luke Skywalker is the later to be son of Anakin Skywalker and Queen Amidala. He suffers thru emotional and depressing moments, knowing that his once known father, has turned toward the darkside. A great Jedi warrior was turned towards the darkforce because of simple mistakes of the past. He could never forgive him, until later, where Anakin belived in his son's true will, and turned back towards the light, and became one with the force.
The Coolest part of the Movies are the Battles, which are fast and exciting. Both warriors fight the best against Darth Maul. Darth Maul carries a special enhanced LightSaber. It is two lightsabers fused together on the core of the crystal, which in turn enhances the fighting abiltiy of the user. Only a few people around the galaxy can wield such a powerful weapon. In the hands of a master Jedi can mean survival for the good, but in the hands of a mad Sith lord, can mean destruction to all Jedi. Only one true with the force and years of training can wield this precise weapon. In the hand of Darth Maul can mean Destruction to the Jedi Force as well.
The Main Character's Background
Liam Neelson is a Academy Award nominee in which has become one of the leading international motion-pictures figures of our time. One of the films which captivated many was Shindler's List. He is a Major Character in the Movie playing the Part as Qui-Gon Jin.
When he was young he gained his first Theatrical Experience at the Perth Repertory Theatre, Ewan trained at the Guildhall School of music and drama. He is very talented and has a very warm sense of humor on and off stage. Ewan plays the part of young Obi-wan Kenobi, the young entusiastic apprentice to Qui-Gon Jin. He is a good follower and only pledges his truth to those he could trust.He also has the Gift of knowing people through there hearts, which took him out of difficults situations before.
Jake Lloyd started his acting carrier very young. Always active and talented with no fear.His first movie that made him a lost of words was when he played the part of son to Arnold SChwarzenegger, in Jingle all the way.That was the first time he was nervous. Jake is the main character of Starwars Episode 1. He is Anakin Skywalker, the so called Tragic Hero, becaue we see him here as the lonley boy who makes a effort to become more. We now though that he will become rebellous seeking more power, becoming the ultimate fear...Darth Vader.

Natalie Portman has established herself as a young holywood actress that has poised beyong her years. A girl that is most sought after by Holywood and movie directors. She plays the role of Queen Amidala in the Movie. She is very strict about her personality and always never let's her guard down. Even though she is ver trustworthing and easily manipulated, Qui-Gon Jin helps her realize the truth of the matter. He tells her that if she stays, she may be murdered or worst. She is very compasionate and will not let her people die. No matter the cause. She is stronged willed, and will do anything to bring justice and honor to her kingdom.Even if it means, going against the council.

Hello everyone, I finally saw Episode 1, so this time I am going to give a true Crticism about the film.I truly loved it, the movie itself is great for the whole family. The story was decent and the special effects were great. No other movie will go to the heights this one has and will go. Goerge Lucas out did himeself. He kept this movie a secret for a very long time. 5 years to be precise. He created a whole new universe of StarWars that could be enjoyed by all audiences.I saw the movie on opening day, which was raining like cats and dogs. I walked from my school to the theater, yes in the rain, but after seing the movie I forgot of the rain and became engulfed. After seeing the film, I want to talk about the Good, Bad, Future, and Hype. Let's begin with the obvious...The Good.
GOOD- Ok, you've seen it, and think it was great. I think so too, and the good is pretty obvious. The Special Effects were awesome.They are a way step upwards then the past StarWars Trilogy. The CGI used in the story was excellent. It never seemed out of place, even though therewere some notible sections of the movie that seemd out of place. Sometimes I felt I was watching Power Rangers, but it's nothing..Let's go on.The movie is 95% CGI and 5% human and real surroundings. It was ok, but the effects were sometimes very colorful, and seemed I was watching a Disney movie.We all know this is no Disney flick, so that was no problem. Some people say the Jar Jar Binks was awfully annoying. I admit it that sometimes he was, but really he wasan't. He was just a small departure from the Dark evil side of the movie to the Warm Fuzy funny side. The Underwater city, Naboo, Tatooine, The Planet City. All of these were really well done. They really looked real, not a fake plaster on tape. The lightsaber battles were totally worth the ticket. I have never enjoyed battles like these before. They were fast, purely exciting, and out of your seat experiences. The POD-RACING scene was totally Kickin ASS. Those were really exciting moments in the StarWars Universe. Purely Adrenalin Rush to the Brain. Fast, Furious, and unexpecting they were. One of my favorite parts in the movie. I really liked the atmosphere it created. Like I said before, everything really went together in many ways, and the view it presented was trully sweet. I recommend this movie to all FANS, and those who really don't care about it. Just see it, and be prepared to be amazed by this phenomenon.
BAD- As we all know, there is no such called GREAT AND PERFECT MOVIE. In trying to create greatness we all make mistakes. So to tell you the truth, there were many noticible baddys in there. Here we go.. First of all, the Movie was too short and long at the same time. You could see it and things passed too slow for comfort. See Episode 1, and then Return of the Jedi.You'll see the difference. In one, there is plenty of Brain busting, Quick shooting, and Mad Rushes. Things went pretty quickly and the story progressed fine. Now in Episode 1, the story progressed very slowly sometimes eating away time like GOGo.I felt sometimes I was going to fall asleep with all the talking. I guess I entered with a FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT, mind. Thats why, but If you see it, you'll probably see it too.Another thing, about the movie, Darth maul. he was cool and all, but Damn Goerge. Why couldn't he give him a bigger role. They showed Darth Maul, they made him attack, and they killed Darth Maul.One of the shortest role-playing in the world. He appeared in his first movie, and boom. They killed him. What was that, I didn't even knew who he was, where he came from, what he did, what he was doing, How he bacame a Dark Sith, how did he become so strong, what race, and infinty questions beyond. I was trully disappointed about this character. It seemd like I was watching a Episode of Hercules were the bad guys die in the same night. The Droids were cool lookin but Mad Stupid. Those guys were just plain dume, but had great # on there side. They were to easy to destroy, only an exception to the Spider Droids(they were just plain cool). The federation fighters were cool, but because the story progressed really fast at the end of the movie, they weren't really talked about. Very Colorful movie sometimes making me feel like a child. I don't know. I guess Goerge wanted to appeal to all audiences , especially the kids(toys anyone?).Some characters like Obi- wan were not fully developed, and seemed out of place. The only characters that trully were given time were Qui-Gon Jin and Anakin Skywalker. I was real ly sad for Qui when he died in the end. I was not really Expecting that to happen.You got to know him so well during the movie, for what, so he could die in the end. Nonsense, I would have loved to direct the movie, and made the Storyline better. (hint, Hint, ^_^) Even though the bad were noticible, this is still a great movie. Please see it 5 to 600 times if you must. The first time you will be amazed, and the 600th won't be an exception. Have FUN...Bye.
THE FUTURE- We'll as we enter the new age of technology, these movies are becoming to look more realistic and well written. Let me tell you Lucas's plan. He wanted to make a movie that would boost up his financial need, so that he could get mucho mula, so he could get started in the next 2 movies..Episode 2(Clone Wars) and Episode 3(imperial Empire). These movies will be the Starwars Dark moody style kind. They will be true to the Oringinal StarWars Trilogy, and will leave the Cartoonish ways of Episode 1. In the Clone Wars, Anakin is a teen, and marries Queen Amidala. Obi- Wan trains Annakin to become a Jedi, and forms a sensitive bond to him. The Introduction of Bobo-fett is also said to be done. The Emperor uses his power over the federation to start cloning Jedi's for his devilish progress of ressurecting his armies of the sith. His first clone was a success, Darth Maul. In reality, Darth Maul was cloned from the blood sample of Anakin Skywalker, and took the form of his fears. He was sent to kill all Jedi. Will the Emperor's plan succede all will it be twarted like before. Wait till 2002 for Episode 2.
In episode 3(the Imperial Empire) the emperor has finally finished the cloning process but failed in the attempt. Anakin is an adult now, and is having problems to control his emotions. One day his fear takes over and becomes unstable. He duel fights Obi-Wan, and leads Obi-wan no choice but to fight him. Obi-Wan punctures Anakin's left lung, and is thrown by accident into a sea of acid rock. Before Anakin falls, the Emperor catches him and cures him by making a suit that can help him stay alive . The emperor countinues his traning by manipulating the Dark Side of Anakin, and Eventually turns him towards the Dark side. Darth Vader is Born. Meanwhile back in the Jedi Council, they finally heard of Anakin's fate. They banish Obi-Wan from the council, and becomes a hunted outcast. Obi runs away from the planet taking the Queen and the 2 children with him, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. Darth Vader reaches the council and exterminates all the Jedi. He became obsessive and destroyed every single Jedi around the galaxy. Queen Amidala heard of this and was worried of her children. Darth Vader was coming to kill her and the little ones. She gave Luke to Onb-wan and told him to leave far away where Darth Vader could not find them. So Obi-wan said Farewell and Left. This is a period of time where the Rebellion was forming against the Empire. So Queen Amidala gave Princess Leia to the HighPriestess of the Rebellion. She told her to take care of her, and raise her up well. Queen Amidala then returned to find out that Darth Vader was waiting for her. He told her that she was going to die. He also said, that he knew she was pregnant with his son. She replied Yes that is true. He then with one swipe of his lightsaber killed her, thinking that he also killed there son too. When Obi-wan arrived on the Planet tatooine, he came upon these young farmers who recently got married near the outskirts of the planet.He told them about what has happen until the recent period, he said for them to take care of Luke until he was old enough to be taught of the force. He explained that when he was ready, he will come. Obi-Wan changed his name from Obi-wan to Ben Kenobi, so that the hunters that were sent by the council some time back will not find him.He became a hermit near the SandPeople's territory, helping poor stranglers and tourist who were lost. For 20 years that was his life. Master Yoda escaped from the Jedi Council before he could be caught by Vader, and hid in the planet of Dogabah. There he hid in the shadows until one day he could teach another. The planet Naboo was taken by the Federation, and exterminated all lifeforms that lived there. The planet was never heard of again. Time passed and Darth Vader hunted all Jedi until they were all extinct. He knew that Obi-wan was alive, and he was the Last Jedi. He wanted revenge for what obi-wan did to him. So in the beggining of episode 4 when Luke found Obi-Wan, they went to the Death Star. He fought his last battle with Darth Vader.He wanted it that way so that he could be killed, and become one with the force. Before that, he could never become one with the force because of the incident with Anakin. So he repented and prayed that he could be forgiven. He then got killed by Darth Vader and became one with the force. Obi-wan was no more, and the start of Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight was born.
we all the know these movies will be succesfull, and always I recomend them. See them and Enjoy.
